Order Processing & Customization Time

  • Personalized & Custom Products: 1 to 2 business days for customization, printing, quality checks, and careful packing.

  • Standard / Non-Personalized Products: Processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines (Pan-India) Once dispatched, standard transit times are:

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

(Note: Festive periods such as Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, or New Year may experience minor courier delays; we recommend placing festive orders early).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We offer free standard shipping on eligible minimum order values.

Order Tracking Once your package is dispatched, tracking details (Courier Partner name and AWB Tracking Number) will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments Please ensure accurate delivery address and contact numbers at checkout. In the event of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect contact details, re-shipping charges may apply.
